Smart View for Project Performance - Guidance for Understanding Dimensions

Trying to create a Smart View report for Project Performance but struggling to understand why some dimensions don't work - looking for any documentation that can help understand the dimensions better for the Project Performance essbase cube.

Using a simple example of a Smart View report with the Tasks Dimentions down the side (reporting each project on its own row) and having one column for the current budgeted Raw Cost is not allowing me any data if I set the Time Dimension as "none - all", however I do get data if I make a selection from our fiscal calendar (i.e., if I were to pick FY24).
