How can we display the absence balance without accrual for EMP who are ineligible,using integration?

We have a business requirement to update the current front-loaded annual accrual PTO plan. Specifically, the update should ensure that employees with a pay class of 'SALARIED' and a status of 'ACTIVE' are classified as eligible, while those with a pay classification of 'HOURLY' are deemed ineligible. (we are good with eligibility conditions).

Despite the ineligibility of HOURLY employees, their absence balances should still be displayed using data from inbound integration, rather than showing as blank, when the eligibility or accrual processes are executed.
