Administer Qualification Plans

Ability to enter amounts vs. percentage to administer qualification plans for payment
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
We have a requirement to enter payment amounts towards the qualification plans such as parental pay. Due to state requirement for partial payments, business would like to top-up any remaining pay as USD than percentage. The calculations are actually done outside the Oracle to meet legislative requirements.
I am wondering how our other US customers are dealing with this scenario. It will be of great help if anyone is willing to share their experiences
