How to self-evaluation supplier qualifications?

Hello community,

I currently manage a questionnaire with a set of 5 questions, these 5 questions are asked to all suppliers who register through the external link of the application and all have scoring disabled, I add an example of a question:

The qualification area associated with these 5 questions has the option for scoring disabled.

Also the qualification model has disabled the option to enable scoring.

But I am getting notifications to do evaluations to qualifications, is there any way besides omitting the scoring where I can have the qualifications self-evaluated and avoid getting these notifications?

At the moment we are not doing evaluations with scoring on the questions so I need to have the evaluations automatically generated and not get these notifications.
