HCM Position extract from EPBCS not generating records

We have downloaded the HCM extract from EPBCS and uploaded the extracts to HCM. When we run data extract for Position in HCM, there is no data being generated in HCM. We checked with the HCM team, and they analyzed the query and updated that the extract is using TREE_STRUCTURE however they have built Position in HCM using hierarchy structure. They are suggesting changing the query. However, since these extracts are OOB, we wanted to understand in this situation how do we extract Position data from HCM to EPBCS
