Hi all

I have installed Smartview 24.100 as Administrator, but I am not able to see the Smartview Add-in the menu.

I tried various troubleshooting steps and all failed:

  1. checked .NET version which is 4.8
  2. Under Account> options for Excel, I tried to add the COM Add-ins HsAddin.dll, but it remains under the "Disabled Application Add-ins" section no matter what.
  3. re-install various times Smartview - just in case
  4. Version is 24.100 64bit
  5. Office is 2016

Anything else I might have missed?
