Set default value for LOV to NULL

I have a BIP report with multiple LOV parameters.

When data-model/report is opened all LOV parameters are set to ALL by default, I need these parameters to be set to NULL .

Please refer attached file.

How can this be achieved?
Please provide a solution or a workaround
