How to hide Extended lookup codes seeded values

Hi Experts,

Navigation: Add pending Worker > Visas and permits > Category

I have a requirement to hide the values from the category drop-down list.

This is the extended lookup code, and I can't mark this option as disabled or end date.

Can you please tell me how I can hide this option? I only want to see two options in the list.
