Zoom Integration for Oracle Learning

Summary:

Hoping for guidance from anyone that is successfully using the Zoom Integration with Oracle Learning. We're struggling to get the Zoom integration working properly in our test environment. In the Configure External Providers section we used a team email w/ Zoom Admin permissions to configure and validate the integration. It appears as enabled and "Account Validated" on this page.

On the instructor pages we've tried two different setups with different results:

  1. Instructor's work email as the User Name: with this setup the system does not generate zoom meeting links and learners do not receive email calendar notification for the training. The Sync Instructor-Led Training for Learning sub-jobs produce a warning: 'An error occurred between the application and the virtual classroom provider."
