User preferences no longer applying to majority of users

Summary:

As of 15:42 CST today, manage user access- user preferences at user role seem to no longer be applying to the majority of our dispatch users. We have specific planning parameters assigned to all of our users and they are no longer applying.

Is this a known issue? Or should we be logging an SR for further investigation?
