How to display timestamp using DateTime() function in Management Reporting?

In EPBCS FRS, I used date function as <<Date("h:mm:ss zzzza", "GMT+8:00")>>, then it will show like 5:48:07 GMT+08:00PM
However, after change to management reporting, I can only find DateTime function which can't use the same format. Now the formula I set is DateTime("h:mm:ss zzzza",none) and it will display as 4:02:54 Hong Kong TimePM.

Is there any way to change the output same as FRS?
