For system health monitoring and respond to system outage in timely purpose. We need to always be notified of system outage in the first place and the notification can be sent to a specific email address for IT ticket generation.

Please help to explain how to customize an announcement subscription for Unplanned Outage only in Oracle Cloud Console.

I have tried to create one however, it only supports to create announcement subscription with Announcement type = Event Notification but is not able to specific key words with "Unplanned Outage"
