How to make biographic Info section Editable for Employees. Redwood

Summary:

Hi, We want to make DOB field mandatory for employees which we can be done via VBCS but Biographic Info section itself is not editable for Employees.

So if anyone have any idea on this.

In RUI it was achievable.
