Sending Contract for E-signature by multiple users

Only DocuSign user configured in 'Configure Contracts Electronic
signature' can send contracts for signature. So, only single person can
send contracts for signature. It creates dependency on single user. We
want multiple users to send contract for docusign. Kindly support.
