Assignment page level DFF Value Sequencing Issue

According to the business requirements, a unique five-digit Timekeeper Number (TKNO) must be generated alongside the Person Number whenever a new employee is hired, either manually or through an interface. To implement this solution, we have configured an Assignment-level Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) with SQL type. The TKNO is generated sequentially during the hiring process.

However, when creating a person manually or using the Worker REST API, if the creation times are the same or within a one-second difference, the TKNO number is generated as the same value, not sequentially as intended. This behavior does not align with our logic, as the DFF value should generate a unique sequential number for each worker.
