When employee tried to apply vacation leave, approval is failing

Hi Team,

when employee tried to apply the vacation leave, Approval is failing.with the below mentioned error.

As in the failed transaction diagnostic report the employee payload LE name was showing as ''Tanza Container Terminal, Inc." but in approval condition, employment page, LE HCM information and in the database table the LE name showing as "Tanza Container Terminal Inc."
so the approval was not triggering

Please suggest why the Employee Payload LE name in the Diagnostic report was showing different , and how can we overcome this.
Please help us to get a solution.
