How to Disable Regional Information field in Fixed Assets

We have a requirement where we want to disable the field Regional Information while doing any Asset Transactions (Transfer, Retire, Adjust….)
JGxFATransactionHeaders DFF are Regional Information descriptive flexfields which is prevented from any edits, also personalization doesnt have these fields.

Could you please let us know how to disable the field?
