Cell level security order

Hello everyone,

We have cell-level security for the department and account.

For example:

Department A can only see from Account 01 to Account 10 (Deny write).

And Department A is restricted from seeing Account 11 to Account 20 (Deny read).

Department B can only see from Account 01 to Account 05. (Deny write).

And Department A is restricted from seeing Account 06 to Account 20 (Deny read).

We have 2 user groups:

User Group A with user A1, A2, A3 can access to Department A.

User Group B with user A1, B1, B2 can access to Department B.

Both groups have user A1.

Now, we create cell-level security for user group A and user group B with restrictions like the picture above.
