  1. Does Oracle maintain sizing details of each SaaS environment for a Customer? If so can this be requested via SR.
  2. If Oracle suggests re-sizing based on Environment Usage evaluation, can re-sizing be done prior to quarterly updates as an exception? If so, what could be wait time for applying re-sizing once its identified.
  3. How is re-sizing charged to customers?
