Unable to see multiple business units in the control section of agreement

Summary:

Hi I have created a purchase agreement for BU A. I want BU B users to also access this agreement and create PO for BU B. However, under the control sections, I am unable to see the value of other BU B. It only shows BU A. Please see the below screenshot. It only shows one value in drop-down. BU A belongs to LE A and BU B belongs to LE B.

Kindly help if I am missing any setup here.
