How to put pipeline security in VBS so not everyone can run it

Summary:

Is there any way we can put security on pipeline so that only few members can run it? We would like to restrict people running the pipeline even if they have the roles to run.
Currently, if someone has developer limited role, they cannot create new pipeline, but they can see option to run the existing pipeline.
