Fixed Asset OTBI

I am building an OTBI report for Fixed Asset where the objective is to display the Asset Cost, depreciation reserve and YTD dep at a summarized level for an asset
When I look at the generated output, I see summarization is not happening for the amounts, instead, the report is listing depreciation reserve and YTD depreciation amounts, as a separate row for an individual asset, rather than summarizing the same.
For all the activities that has taken place for an asset, the OTBI report is displaying it as a separate activity.
Pl note I have tried inserting SUM function for the amounts..but the report is displaying separate rows
