GL Control budgets automatically created after grants(award) budget added

Noticed that whenever an award is created with a budget it automatically creates a control budget in different setup screens across GL/Budgetary control

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Is there any way to disable this automatic control budget creation from awards and continue to use project/award budgetary control? It is polluting a lot control budgets screens
