Disposition Reporting

Need to run a report on chats that are closed out, and dispositioned.  Would like to see how many chats are filed away into the certain dispositions, and if we can take it a step further by a time period. Say a week, or a month at a time.  Have not been able to do this so far, does anyone have any insight?
