24C - Manage Value Sets screen does not load in Edge or Chrome

Summary:

Since 24C, the Manage Value Sets screen does not load in Edge or Chrome but does work in Firefox

Going to Setup and Maintenance > Value Sets and clicking the link freezes the browser tab completely, nothing happens until it times out. There are no obvious messages in the browser console log. This behaviour seems to be limited to Edge and Chrome, the screen works fine in Firefox.

I have validated this behaviour in three of our environments plus the Oracle instant deployment environment. It affects all the different versions of the Value Sets screens, e.g. Payroll Value Sets and Manage Value Sets for Global Human Resources
