Is it possible to view the Quantity on Hand (QOH) for a specific date in Inventory?

I am working on creating a custom report that tracks item transactions in Inventory. My goal is to include a column that displays the Quantity on Hand (QOH) at the time each transaction was made. Specifically, I need to be able to see how much QOH there was for the item at the time of the transaction and compare it with other transactions.

Is it possible to retrieve historical QOH data in Oracle Fusion, and if so, what is the best way to achieve this? Any guidance on how to add this information to my custom report would be greatly appreciated.
