Feature to attach document when employee submit Time Card

Hi Teams,

We have requirement from business that employee must Attach document when submit Time Card.

Can you let me know if recent update 24B or 24C has that feature ?

We really need this feature for approval process. Please share any workarounds if you have same requirements.
