Summary:

Is it possible to request a rate from the service provider in OTM for a specific Order Release, in case I don't have a shipment yet and I don't have a rate for my order? The only thing I could find is that it works via Aks Oracle > Rate inquiry, but it only checks whether there is currently rate available, so I have no possibility to send the request to the service provider.
