Evaluate Absence process changes duration of Maternity Leave if there is a public holiday
Summary: We have configured Maternity Leave as below screen shot. The leave duration is calculated in months.
If employee takes leave from 18-Mar-2024 to 17-Jul-2024 then the duration show correctly as 4 months.
However, when the Evaluate Absence process is run effective 18-Mar-2024 then the leave duration is reduced to 3.97 months if there is a public holiday between the leave start date and leave end date.
Any idea how to resolve this issue?
