How to get complete version of an Oracle Fusion application release eg: 11.13.24.04.0-[05000]

Environment refreshes normally require version of the Source and Target to match. However, we dont see complete version of the Application from Console or DB say  for instance - 11.13.24.04.0-[05000]. We see only 11.13.24.04.0. Where can we see additional information -[05000]which only OPC support can.
