Is it possible to give a certificate to a learner that completed a specific Offer?

Hello,

We would like to know if it is possible in HCM to reward a learner with a certificate inside the Offer page under My Client Groups > Learning > Offers.

It is important to point out that our client do not have the Redwood update implemented yet.
