Is it possible to reference an award funding source/award name on a fixed asset?

Summary:

Looking for a way to display an award funding source/award name on the asset in FA module (possible through an automatically populated DFF)

Is it possible to automatically populate a DFF on the asset (in assets module) to display asset project's award funding source? Or at least award/contract name? On asset source lines we are able to see project details but nothing related to award/funding. Is there any way to bring that on the assets screen apart from creating a report?

Appreciate any input on this.
