Absence Accrual Plan Balance SQL Query

Summary:

We need a SQL Query to obtain the Accrual plan balance and the data as per the 'Summary' section of the screen (as per below screenshot) as on a particular date. I'm guessing they are all stored in different tables. Does anyone have an idea which tables store these data or have a handy SQL script?
