We are planning to implement MSC punchout integration with Oracle Fusion Procurement, but having a hard time following the Oracle doc shared by the vendor. We are unable to locate the "Catalog" Work Area in our env under Setup and Maintenance nor under Oracle Home UI, we are unable to find "Manage Catalogs" tasks, we do see the "Manage Functional Area Catalogs" task but the "Create catalog" menu there is different from what is described in the Doc. Oracle Support is no help and suggests that we post our questions here. Please advise what the issue could be?
