Transaction Security Profile Not Working as Users can Still See All Transactions

Summary:

We have created a custom role derived from the Human Resource Analyst role and added the Data Security Profile for the privilege Review Approval Transactions. The requirement is that once the role is assigned to a user, the transaction defined in the Transaction Security Profile should only be the one displaying for the user under the Approval Transactions of Workforce Structure and Transaction Console under Tools. We have created a Transaction Security Profile with the following parameters:

Family = HCM

Category = Talent

Subcategory = All

Exclude Selected Subcategory = No

When we assigned the Transaction Security Profile to the custom role that we have created, users can still see all the transactions in the Approval Transactions of Workforce Structure and Transaction Console under Tools. Do we need to do any additional configuration to limit the transactions seen by users?
