Global Transfer - integration to downstream systems

edited Aug 15, 2024 7:06AM in Human Capital Management

Hi

Our organization has multiple legal entities and we use the Global Transfer functionality to move people between them both within and between countries.

While the functionality works seemlessly within Oracle HCM, we have had some issues with the integration to downstream systems where the sequence of actions, terminate in existing legal entity and rehire in new one gets is output the other way round. One of our key downstream systems is Active Directory and if the termination hits that second then the person loses access.

Has anyone else had a sequencing issue like this from the Oracle HCM perspective? We have integration queues that take the output from HCM in the sequence it comes out of HCM.

Howdy, Stranger!
