Clarification on hts_ff_util.hts_get_scheduled_shifts

In one of our custom report we are using this function hts_ff_util.hts_get_scheduled_shifts.
Please confirm at which level all the related shift scheduled columns are pulled from (is it from Published Schedule, Assignment Schedule, or Default Schedule)
