Moving to Next Gen

Dear Team,

I have some questions regarding our current HR Helpdesk Module, which is using Responsive UI:

  1. Is it mandatory to switch to Next Gen in 24C? Are there any specific requirements or deadlines for making this transition?
  2. If we choose not to switch to Next Gen, will the Oracle support team still assist us with any issues that may arise? Will we still receive the same level of support and maintenance?

I would appreciate clarification on these points to help us plan our next steps.
