My employees are assigned a custom role with the following user FUSION APPS HCM ESS APPID

I have analyzed the role assignment and this role is not configured to be assigned automatically, this role is being assigned manually but with the following user FUSION APPS HCM ESS APPID which we have not configured as automatic and that user is used by the application.

Could you help me to know how that user is activating these roles, or where I can start investigating?
