Costing Category Identifier is not honoring the cost category assigned at org level

Summary:

We have assigned IMO as item validation organization in Cost Org Relationship. Items were created in IMO with the Cost category as 'Default' and in Org level 'Finished Goods'. All our accounting is based on Cost Category Identifier.

When we run the create accounting, system is not considering the category assigned at Org level and it considers the category assigned at IMO level only.

We are Live now and accounting are stuck. Kindly help to resolve this issue.
