Create Labor Cost by Spreadsheet

Summary: We are trying to enter the employees timesheet directly in project using Labor Cost Spreadsheet.

we faced two things first the sheet only has one record to upload.

Second is i cannot find the custom document we have created we only find standard document Timecard.

Please Recommend how to enter employees timesheet without using OTL.
