priceBookAssocs API Error Response contains only one failure entry as opposed to as many failures encountered.

For eg. My request has 10 parts with two of them being invalid entries. The priceBookAssocs response gives an error with the response only containing the first invalid entry discarding the other genuine invalid entry.
