Security at course level

Is it possible to restrict learning admin access at the course level?

Scenario:

  • We have global courses that are rolled out at the global level. Our global learning admins would like to restrict so only they manage learners within the course and not have local admins get involved in updating status (e.g. withdrawing or deleting).
