How to edit Redwoodpage in visual builder studio

Hi Team,

I am currently working on modifying the 'create noncatalog request' page in Redwood using Visual Builder. However, I have encountered an issue where the noncatalog request edit page is not enabled for modifications in VBS to hide "negotiation required" and "negotiated" these two selection option. Interestingly, I have noticed that pages like leads-edit and opportunity-edit are editable.

Could you please provide assistance or guidance on how to enable modifications for the 'create noncatalog request' page in Visual Builder?
