Oracle Manufacturing Cloud Preventing expiry lot from being selected by the system while dispatching

For Process Manufacturing, I have inputs in a lot control and the Lot Selection During Backflush is FEFO, The Supply Type is Operation Pull, and I have a picking rule with Sort Criteria Lot FEFO. While executing the W.O the system takes the first expiry even it is expired! So, we need to prevent the expiry ones to be selected from the system
