Are you able to use Create Mass Assignment Change to End Secondary Assignments

We have a large number of Secondary Assignments that need to be ended on Active employee records from a department closure. We have reviewed both Create Mass Assignment Change and Create Mass Updates and don't see the transaction to End Secondary Assignments. I know we can accomplish this via HDL but I want to determine if we can use the Mass Updates options.

Does anyone have feedback on this topic?
