Min Max program is considering the already received supply

Summary:

Min max program is considering the old supply(Requisition and PO) which was already closed and not generating any new requisitions.

• Min max program output that shows that available qty 200.

• Items supply and demand page shows the PO requisition 5480 , but this requisition is already closed

• Requisition#5480 is already got approved and corresponding PO was received, later issued out to work order.

we expect that the Min Max program should create requisition(supply) as onhand is zero and Min max is setup with values 51 and 100.

but the system is still considering old supply Requistion#5480 and not generating any new requisitions.
