OTL REDWOOD - Manager not able to see Direct Report in Add Current Time Card

We have a custom role for manager to previously access time cards through "My Client Groups"

Now we want to have the managers to access the REDWOOD pages through "My Team"

We have added ORA_HXT_MANAGE_TIME_CARDS_BY_LINE_MANAGER to our custom role for the manager, but they still can't see their direct reports in Add Current Time Card

But we we add the seeded role of line manager (ORA_PER_LINE_MANAGER_ABSTRACT), they can see their direct reports

What could we be missing in our custom role that they can't see their direct reports:
