Ledger Name doesn't appear when creating account

Hi community,

When I run Create Accounting, The Ledger name that was created doesn't appear in the drop down menu, though from payroll definition ledger name is showing and primary ledger added.

The only thing I'm seeing is that the primary ledger status is still in progress, could that be the reason? If so, any idea on what is stopping it to complete or what configuration is mising to complete it?
