Delete Users From Procurement Agent User List

We have many users that were Requisitioners in the past but no longer should be performing that activity, as well as many users no longer with the company: we would like to be able to delete Procurement Agents we have set up for users that we know will not be in Oracle again.

We would love to be able to clean this up, because as we need to cycle through users that submit requisitions, this list will only grow.
